Here are pics from our gingerbread house party last Thursday. It feels strange - and heartbreaking - to think that the very next day so many families who live less than an hour away from us had their worlds shattered. We are grieving and praying for them continually - even Lara, who found out about this even though I wish she hadn't...
Anyway, the kids had a great time at the party. I pre-made a house for each guest, then had muffin cups with candies and frosting so they could decorate. We hope to do this every year!
This last picture sums up how she spent most of the day...licking frosting!!
